Using the service
You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate account details, and using QueueTurn in compliance with applicable law. Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Queue and visitor data
Businesses are responsible for the visitor information they collect, the notices they provide, and their lawful use of that information. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into queue fields.
Plans and billing
Plan features, prices, billing intervals, applicable taxes and terms are shown on the pricing interface and checkout before payment. Paddle processes subscription payments. Subscription changes and activation depend on payment-provider confirmation.
Availability and changes
We may update features or make maintenance changes. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
