About QueueTurn
QueueTurn is a browser-based queue management tool built to help service businesses organize walk-in customers and make queue progress easier to follow.
What we build
QueueTurn focuses on practical digital queue workflows: customers can open a queue through a QR code or link, check ticket status in a browser, and staff can manage the service order from a dashboard. A public display view is available for suitable screens, and analytics or export features depend on the selected plan.
Who operates QueueTurn?
QueueTurn is operated by N&N Digitals in Hyderabad, India.
Our approach
We aim to make everyday queue handling easier to understand for customers and staff. We encourage businesses to pilot the workflow with their team, provide a staff-assisted alternative, and collect only the visitor information they genuinely need.

How a digital queue works
1. Customers join
A customer scans a QR code or opens a shared queue link on a phone. Businesses can also help visitors who do not want to use their own device.
2. Staff manage tickets
Team members use the queue dashboard to keep ticket status and service order current as customers are called, skipped, or served.
3. Customers follow progress
Customers can revisit their ticket view, while a suitable public screen can make queue progress easier to see.
Where QueueTurn may fit
A digital queue can be useful for walk-in service counters, salons, clinics, restaurants, and other small teams that need a shared view of waiting customers. The best fit depends on arrival patterns, service rules, devices, and the features included in the chosen plan.
What to check before using it
QueueTurn is a queue workflow tool, not a substitute for emergency triage, clinical judgment, or a full appointment-booking system. Before rollout, test the process with real staff, explain how visitors can check status, provide an assisted option, and review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
